Dr Dan has put together a magnificent singing course well worth the price. If you are self-disciplined, this course can take you from "i hate the sound of my voice" to "I love singing and I can hold a tune!" Strongly recommend this course if you are serious about learning to sing, but can't afford regular practice with a private singing teacher. Having said that, after completing the course, a few private lessons will be very productive as you won't be starting from the beginning! Looking forward to Voice Essentials 2.

I'm a first-time singer, and finding the course ideal. The explanations are clear and allow me to complete the exercises with confidence. I'm so glad I found this course. I am really enjoying the journey.

The exercise lessons within each module are fun, easy to follow and help shape your vocal tract muscle memory for improved sound quality. Dr Dan has also included a thoughtfully curated selection of videos to better the learner's understanding for greater singing success. I was shocked at the immediate results in my sound after only completing the first five exercises. During the course, the biggest take away for me was how much confidence I gained in my singing ability. The course helped me bust through my singing mental roadblocks, which in turn, greatly improved my technique execution and overall sound. Thanks to this course, I now enjoy singing more because I can sing more freely and with better pitch accuracy. I highly recommend Voice Essentials 1 online course for anyone who truly wants to improve their singing. For me, the investment in the course, my voice and myself proved to be completely worth it! I will definitely be purchasing Voice Essentials 2 when it comes available.

After this course you will be able to hit the notes more accurate and faster. The exercises of Dr. Dan is much fun. Not Old Fashioned.

After finally completing the VE course, I can say hands down, this is the best thing you can do for your voice. Whether you a singer for fun or money, or if you are a teacher or other professional speaker, this course is for you. The exercises and techniques will strengthen your voice and help you sustain it through injury or sickness (I can say this with a good level of experience). I am anxiously awaiting the next course, VE 2, but until then I plan to continue reviewing what I have learned to be the best singer--and teacher--I can be :)

For the past four years, I've been in search of a singing instructor who will help me in my learn to sing journey. I went on YouTube, and other websites that promise to make me sound great within less than a month, I wasted my time on some free online courses for about two years and spent my money on some that promise to give my voice what it deserves but at the end my voice remains as the same old Darvis' voice or even worse. But since I came across Dr Dan's VE 1 online course, for the past few weeks, I am experiencing some positive changes in how I sound and feel when I sing. "Wow, it seems like my prayers are answered".

I'm learning so many new aspects of singing and improving many skills for my voice. Thank you Dr Dan!

This course has helped me a lot to get more confident with my voice and developing my technique. I have indeed pushed my singing to an upper level from what it was before starting it.

Dr. Dan is amazing! He explains theory in a concise easy to understand manner. Following his practice schedule makes so much more sense than the course I just cancelled, as they said to practice 1 to 2 hours a day, even more. First day throat was so sore, I cancelled immediately. Can hardly wait to continue throughout the course. BTW I’ve never sung, even in church cuz I cant hold a note, looking forward to singing and not lip syncing.

I sing with a band on a regular basis and have recorded two albums, but I've always been a little disappointed in my voice. I'm a pretty good guitar player, but I've always wanted to be a confident singer. Now that I've been through this course, I see that is possible. I have made a lot of progress, but I can also see there are miles and miles more progress to be made, and I'm excited about the journey. I'm 62 - just think how good I can be by the time I'm 70!
