  • "Unlimited Lifetime Access" Conditions

    When purchasing a Voice Essentials product with “Unlimited Lifetime Access” the User understands that “Unlimited Lifetime Access” refers to a five-year open-access plan. It is important to note that User accounts are automatically disabled after five years of non-activity.

    Individual accounts will be reactivated for no extra charge if a User wishes to continue using their purchased products beyond the five-year mark.

    Simply email reactivate-my-account@djarts.com.au if your account has been deactivated after the five years to have your account reactivated.

  • Can I download the exercise audio tracks (mp3) from within the course?

    Yes. You will have full access (download) to the playable mp3 exercise audio tracks from within the Voice Essentials Online Courses. You'll also be able to download the lesson sheet that accompanies each exercise (pdf).

  • What are my payment options?

    Each Voice Essentials Online Course has two options for payment: "Three Monthly Instalments" and "Single Payment."

    Both payment options offer ‘Unlimited Access.’ It is important to note, however, that when choosing the Monthly Instalments option, any missed payment will result in the suspension of your enrolment to the course in question. Enrolment will only be maintained if and when each of the three payments is made.

  • Who is the course best suited to?

    Every singer is different, so ultimately you are best placed to determine whether or not Voice Essentials will meet your desired outcomes. This being said, the Voice Essentials pathway has been purposefully tiered, with Voice Essentials 1 designed for beginners and the subsequent courses, 2 & 3 (under construction) becoming progressively more challenging.

    We have not placed an age restriction on any of the courses, however, we do recommend that students be at least 16yrs or older for the best possible results.

    It is important to note that throughout the Voice Essentials course work, students are encouraged to engage in the 'Voice Essentials Community' Facebook group. Currently, Facebook has an age restriction of 13yrs and all students are advised to adhere to Facebook's own policies in this regard.

  • What's the difference between a Module and a Lesson?

    Thinkific, the online platform used to drive the back-end of 'Voice Essentials' groups each collection of activities (known as lessons) into Modules. For example, the Voice Essentials 1 Course has ten modules (what some might call 'singing lessons') and each module has multiple activities (what Thinkific refers to as lessons). We know it can be a little confusing, but we hope that makes it a little clearer.

  • Why are the Exercise Collections time-restricted?

    We limit the Exercise Collections access to 12 months because of the prohibitive costs associated with maintaining an individual's access. We recommend downloading each track and backing them up so that you will continue to have access to your tracks beyond the 12 month period.
